Service Description

This programme will be based on a 90 day programme that will focus on cardio and weight based exercises. The goal here is to bring out definition into your muscles and to drop a significant amount of body fat. A tailored nutrition plan will be provided so that you can excel in meeting your body fitness goals and meet the needs of your desired physique. I will keep a close record of your progress and I will schedule weekly check-ins via pictures to make sure you are consistently on track and making progress. This programme will focus on bod parts where stubborn fat is very difficult to get rid of such as, your thighs, lower back , stomach and arms. In 90 days you will see a huge difference and after the 90 days we can then go further and focus on specific muscle groups for example the glutes, so that you can develop a toned and rounder bum that looks amazing. Or for males we can focus on developing a great muscular chest or which specific body part you feel needs most attention.
